Frequently Asked Questions

  • When will my order ship?
    We print all of our tees made to order. Most orders will ship within 5-7 business days. However, at times we may experience high order volume and request you allow 5-10 business days for your tee to be made. Updates on turn around time can be found at the banner on the top of our homepage. Once your order is fulfilled and processed, please allow for 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered. In total, the entire process may take about 8-12 BUSINESS DAYS. ​ All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your order once placed. You will then also receive an email when your order label has been printed off. This email will include your order’s tracking number. You can get updates on your order at any time, on your own, by going to usps.com/manage/ and entering your tracking number. You will also receive an email once your order has been delivered.
  • What brands do we use?
    We currently use Independent Trading Co, Comfort Colors, Bella + Canvas, Rabbit Skins and Gildan for our clothing. Brands may occasionally vary from those listed above for various reasons, but rest assured we would not be adding those brands if they did not meet our quality expectations.
  • How do I know what size to order?
    We highly recommend checking the size chart located with the product pictures of each product listing in order to best gauge what size will work best for you. For an oversized fit, we recommend sizing up 1 - 2 sizes.
  • Can I return/exchange my order?
    Due to majority of our products being made to order, we do not allow returns at this time. However, we are more than happy to offer exchanges for store credit on unworn/unused merchandise. To begin a return please visit our returns page.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    In order to run a sustainable small business, we print all our tees made to order. For this reason, all cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of your order being placed. Please email raeandwells@gmail.com with your order number to request a cancellation. Any orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • My order was lost/stolen in the mail, what do I do?
    We work extra hard to make sure your order is created and shipped on time. All orders are shipped with an attached tracking number. Unfortunately, once your order leaves our shop, we have little control over the time it takes for a package to be delivered. Once a package shows delivered via its tracking number, we cannot be responsible for any packages that appear to have been stolen. If you need assistance in contacting USPS to begin a claim for a lost or stolen package, please reach out to us at raeandwells@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to assist you in this process.
