Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept returns.

EXCHANGES
We hope you love your product(s); however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept sizing only exchanges *within 30 days* of the purchase date. The item needs to be unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition and in original packaging where possible.

Rae and Wells is not responsible for unreceived orders resulting from address entry errors made by a customer or unreceived orders after they are marked as delivered by USPS.

DAMAGES, ISSUES, MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEM
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 business days if the item is defective, damaged, items are missing or you received an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the situation and get it sorted out for you!
